Natalie Mendes is an Experienced Paramedical & Permanent Make-Up Artist/Educator in the Los Angeles area with over 20 years experience in the beauty industry. I am Certified & Permitted through the Health Department of Los Angeles County. I take extreme pride in Training, and I have a passion and love for all the art I create. I have been trusted by Top Leading Pediatric Surgeon, Dr John Reinisch for my Paramedical Tattooing skills & honored to be invited to work in K&B Surgical Center in Beverly Hills, as well as trusted by many other Plastic Surgeons for my Permanent Make-Up Art.  I take a lot of pride in my classes & students and ensure the highest quality Comprehensive  Education & Training with all of the latest techniques & a lifetime support. I have built strong relationships with my clients & students that have put their trust in me and I'm looking forward to guiding you on your journey.
